With 18 years of experience as a product strategist and creative designer, I excel in collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate ideas, conduct research, design and test products, and work with engineering to launch successful products.
Currently a senior manager at Capital One’s The Lab, I support the team’s design practice through education, sharing, and critiques. I work on cross-functional teams focusing on projects developing innovative features at the intersection of emerging technology and finance, enhancing customer experiences, and advancing Capital One’s position in the industry.
My expertise spans Fortune 100 companies, health systems, and consultancies across finance, healthcare, food, and nonprofit sectors.
In a previous life, I was a brand and print designer, always up for discussing print processes or favorite logos and brand strategies!
Outside of work, I connect with the human experience through storytelling podcasts, street photography, travel, and exploring culinary delights in different cities. I also indulge in creative activities like hand lettering, jewelry making, and acrylic painting.

Conducted user interviews to define and map the end-to-end donation process of the product portfolio to identify experience gaps and provide strategic recommendations to the leadership team.
